1. Acceptance
By using Wykta ("the Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of service
Wykta provides AI-assisted ingredient analysis for food and skincare products. Results are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical, dietary, or professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional for health-related decisions.
3. Free tier and subscriptions
- Free-tier users may perform up to 5 AI-powered analyses per day (per browser session). Additional analyses beyond this limit fall back to open-database results automatically.
- Pro subscribers receive unlimited AI analyses for the duration of their active subscription.
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal (accessible from your payment confirmation page). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Automate requests to bypass per-session rate limits
- Scrape, reproduce, or redistribute Wykta's AI-generated analysis at scale
- Use the Service for commercial resale without an Enterprise license
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service
5. Third-party content and open databases
Ingredient data from Open Food Facts and Open Beauty Facts is provided under the ODbL license. Wikidata content is CC0. Wykta's AI analysis is generated by OpenAI and is provided "as is".
6. Intellectual property
The Wykta brand, interface, and original code are owned by Wykta. Open-source components remain under their respective licenses.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WYKTA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WYKTA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Wykta is incorporated. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration or the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where local consumer protection law provides otherwise.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified on the homepage at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

3. Offre gratuite et abonnements
- Les utilisateurs gratuits peuvent effectuer jusqu'à 5 analyses IA par jour (par session navigateur). Au-delà, les analyses sont réalisées via les bases de données ouvertes.
- Les abonnés Pro bénéficient d'analyses IA illimitées pendant la durée de leur abonnement actif.
- Vous pouvez annuler votre abonnement à tout moment via le portail client Stripe (accessible depuis votre page de confirmation de paiement). L'annulation prend effet à la fin de la période de facturation en cours.
4. Utilisation acceptable
Vous vous engagez à ne pas automatiser les requêtes pour contourner les limites, revendre les analyses IA sans licence Enterprise, ni tenter de désorganiser le Service.
5. Limitation de responsabilité
Dans toute la mesure permise par la loi applicable, Wykta ne saurait être tenu responsable des dommages indirects découlant de l'utilisation du Service. Notre responsabilité totale est plafonnée aux sommes versées au cours des 12 mois précédant la réclamation.

3. Kostenloses Kontingent und Abonnements
- Kostenlose Nutzer können täglich bis zu 5 KI-gestützte Analysen (pro Browser-Sitzung) durchführen. Weitere Analysen werden über offene Datenbanken bereitgestellt.
- Pro-Abonnenten erhalten unbegrenzte KI-Analysen für die Dauer ihres aktiven Abonnements.
- Sie können Ihr Abonnement jederzeit über das Stripe-Kundenportal kündigen. Die Kündigung gilt ab Ende des aktuellen Abrechnungszeitraums.
4. Haftungsausschluss
Der Dienst wird „wie besehen" ohne jegliche Gewährleistung bereitgestellt. Wykta haftet nicht für mittelbare Schäden. Unsere Gesamthaftung ist auf die in den letzten 12 Monaten gezahlten Gebühren begrenzt.
